In the times we live today, women are truly emancipated. What men can do, women can too.
Women two-time as well as men. Most times, even better, because they get away with better 'perks' than men.
A guy I know, recently had to give in to the demands of his girlfriend of 3 years because she threatened to tell his wife about their affair. She got a condo in a posh neighbourhood and a fancy sports car. What he didn't know though, was that, in the past 3 years, she had another fling by the side.
Another guy, gave his heart, soul and worldly possessions to a much younger woman. He was on the verge of divorcing his wife to marry her when he caught her having an affair with a man her age. Her excuse - 'You can't blame me for being young and impressionable....'.
Still, another guy, had his wife of 13 years left him because she suddenly realise they were not meant to be together. Apparently, he was not her soul mate. 4 months later, she married a tycoon almost twice her age who was already into his 3rd marriage.
I'm not entirely certain, who is the foolish one in situations like these. But perhaps men, should start to consider to be equally emancipated

Cases 1 & 2, both are married men having affairs. Should I say more?
Case 3, how many men have left their wives when they suddenly find themselves with money and surrounded by younger women?
Don't forget the young single girl we used to know who fell in love with a married men and devoted almost 5yrs of her life for him only to find out she wasn't the only one he was having an affair with. Not once. Not even twice.
People, regardless of sex, cheat because they want to. And it's only fair if one wants to cheat, to not get angry when the partner cheats on them. :)
Dear Salt n Tumeric,
Good points and yes, I do still remember that girl you mentioned.
My point though, is that women, nowadays (maybe even then), are more aware of what they want out of men and are not afraid to attain them through subterfuge and trickery.
Having said that, I totally agree with your final statement.

Yes, maybe some women nowadays have changed and decided that they are not gonna stay home and cry their eyes out while their spouses are having affairs. ;)
Just like most men use money to get younger women and younger women use sex to get men with money, they are also vice versa and they all totally deserved each other. lol.
